Hosea Boman is a resourceful and self-motivated professional with over 25 years’ experience in management experience in Finance, Banking, Stockbroking, Public Sector, Enterprise Risk Management and Strategy. He is currently the Group Chief Finance Officer at VAS2Nets Technologies Limited. He possess practical skills in Financial & Credit Administration, Risk Control and Corporate Risk Management. His career highlights include the following among others; He led the overall oversight of the enterprise wide risk management function of the Royal Exchange group with five (5) subsidiaries in life, non-life and health insurance as well as microfinance and asset management businesses.

He coordinated the development of the Risk Appetite Statements (RSA) for the group and the five (5) subsidiaries of Royal Exchange Plc. He coordinated a comprehensive review and presentation of a revised Enterprise Risk Management Framework for the Royal Exchange group. He worked as Managing Director & Chief Executive of Royal Exchange Finance & Asset Management, a non-bank financial institution, organically growing the balance sheet size from N350million in 2009 to N1.3billion in 2013. He was director, Royal Exchange Finance & Asset Management Limited (2009 – 2016) and Chairman, Royal Exchange Committee of Royal Exchange Plc (2009 – 2016) and Chairman of several Ad-hoc Group Management Committee of Royal Exchange Plc. He seats on the Board of Directors of Fortress Microfinance Bank Limited.
